    What is the shopping cart and how does it work?
     
    The shopping cart holds all the items that you are ordering. You can keep adding or deleting items from the shopping cart until you go to the checkout.
     
    How do I add items into my shopping cart?
     
    Each time you find a item you'd like to buy, change the quantity if buying more than one. Or click Add to cart , and the item will be placed in your shopping cart.
   
     
    How do change the quantity or remove items from my shopping cart?
     
    If you decide remove an item or change the quantity of a specific item, first you need to progress to the checkout.  Click on Check Out. 
     
    To edit the quantity of items in the shopping cart, click Edit Quantity. Type in the new quantity and click on Edit Quantity again to save changes.
   
     
    To remove the item from your shopping cart, click Remove Items. Click on square box, that to left of the item to be removed. Then press Remove Items to save changes.
   
     
    How do I continue shopping, when I in the Check Out?
     
    To continue shopping, you can click Continue Shopping or click on Products in the navigation menu.
   
     
    How do I place my final order?
     
    When you have added all the items you would like to buy to your shopping cart, click Check Out.
     
    The contains of your shopping cart is displayed and if you wish to continue with your order, click on Complete Order.

    The items on your order appear in the Order Details section of this screen, with your order's GST-inclusive Grant Total.
     
    Please enter to the payment information, phone number and e-mail address.
     
    When you have completed, click on  Verify Order.
     
    You may want to save this page, or print a hard copy as a record of your order.
     
     
    The Confirm Details page
     
    You will be asked to confirm your order of items and your information.  When you have confirm that all the information is correct, click Submit Order for Processing
     
    The Payment Options page
     
    You will be transferred to the PayPal web site to continue with the order. Enter in your Paypal e-mail address and password or sign up to Paypal (It's free).

5. Handling of order process
A Drive Computers is located in Beaudesert, Queensland and where our staff will process your order. If the item is in stock, our staff will inform you that it's ready for pickup.
Prices are subject to stock availability. If a substantial delay is expected, we will let you know by email when you order and give you the option of changing or canceling your order.

    A Drive Computers web site is operated by A Drive Computers® (ABN: 75-494-081-877) ("A Drive Computers", "we", "our"). The terms and conditions outlined below applies to the use of A Drive Computers website and to any subsequent purchases made from A Drive Computers. The use of this website indicates your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
     
     A Drive Computers reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use at any time. Since you are bound by these Terms of Use, you should periodically refer to them in this document.
     
    ("base") refers to Shop 5, Center 9, William Street, QLD, Beaudesert. ('manufacturer') refers to our supplier or manufacture authorised repairer.
     
    All information, links and pictures contained on this website are only used as a reference point and may not reflect the final product. Manufacturers' specifications are subject to change without prior notice. 
     
    Pricing/Orders
    All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
     
    The pricing and availability of stock are subject to change without prior notice. A Drive Computers reserves the right to change prices due to misprints, human error or in accordance price changes made by suppliers without notice. If pricing is higher than those quoted on the website then you will be notified by A Drive Computers and may cancel the order by giving notice in writing. Your order will be stopped and no refund be processed until notice in writing.
     
    Once an order is placed it will be confirmed via email and you will receive an order confirmation. By placing an order you have agreed to pay the prices listed on the order form.
     
Goods remain the title and property of A Drive Computers until full payment has been received and cleared.
 
  Delivery
 
Deliveries are based on product availability. You will be notified via email if a product is unavailable or delayed, in which case you will be given an option of a refund on the unavailable or delayed product(s).
 
This web site automatically works out the best shipping method for you. Were products are marked "This product can be only shipped", it's not possible to pick them up from our store. If there is combination of products that can be only be shipped and products that can be only pickup, there is freight charge for the products that can be only be shipped. This is because these products do not include any freight charge, that normally bundled into the price. Shipping is only available with-in Australia and we do not ship internationally.
     
    Compatibility
     
    A Drive Computers is unable to guarantee the compatibility between all hardware and software products. Customers are recommended to research product /software compatibility before purchasing the product(s). No refund or replacement will be given for compatibility issues.

Our Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to within 7 days.
    Goods purchased using the online store will not be refunded if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. If the goods were ordered in-store and it was a special order then the deposit is the restocking fee.
    To be eligible for a refund you must have the product in its "as new" state, with all boxes, books, CD's, cables etc accompanied.
    Any items without all required accompanied items will not be accepted for a refund.
    There is no refund once the ink cartridges have been opened. Faulty Ink and Laser Cartridges will not be accepted without print samples. Refund will be only given once the manufacture has confirmed that the ink/laser cartridge is faulty.
    Proof of purchase must be accompanied with the goods for any refund.
Refunds are returned back to you, using the same method of payment.
    No refund or replacement will be given for compatibility issues when goods have been purchase online.
    We do not exclude or limit the application of any statute (including the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Th)) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of this Refund clause to be void.
     
Our Warranties Policy
All goods purchased from A Drive Computers have a one-year back to base manufacturer warranty (Unless otherwise stated).
    All Computer systems purchased from A Drive Computers have a minimum of one year parts & labour onsite warranty (Through United Electrical Engineering Pty Ltd).
    To process warranty claims on new computers, please phone United Electrical on 1800 673 771. See the warranty conditions located on the Product Disclosure Statement inside the United Electrical Box or the print out when you purchase the goods.
    Proof of purchase must be accompanied with all warranty claims.
    All warranty claims will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer.
    Manufacturer will not repair under warranty damage caused by operation outside of designed working and storage environments, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO power surges, fluctuations and interference, and external peripheral devices.
    Manufacturer will void warranty on any item that has been mishandled, modified, and/or otherwise interfered with by unauthorized personnel. Also the removal of any factory seals serial numbers and/or warranty stickers will void warranty.
    We do not exclude or limit the application of any statute (including the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Th)) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of this Warranty clause to be void.
    A Drive Computers handles most product warranty claims for the first 12 months but is not responsible for replacing or repairing the goods. This is done by the manufacturer.
    Some goods are not handled by A Drive Computers. The manufacturer directly handles all warranty claims for the following items; Monitors, Notebooks & Printers. Please read your items warranty conditions inside the goods packaging.
Warranty does not include physically damaged goods & software faults.
    Warranty turnaround time is not dependent on A Drive Computers.
    All items must be sent to the manufacturer or supplier for replacement or repair as stated above. This may take a few weeks.
    A Drive Computers does not provide advance replacement products and will not be liable for any losses resulting from the time it takes to have the faulty item replaced or repaired.
     
    Our Liability
     
    A Drive Computers will under no circumstances be liable for any loss or damage, direct or consequential including, without limitations, lost profits, lost goodwill, work stoppage, loss of data resulting from equipment failure, damage to peripheral equipment, damage to other equipment, or economic loss and loss or impairment of data arising out of the use or inability to use the computer system.
